About how to order

Please select the quantity from the desired product page and add it to the cart.
After the order is completed, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive an email after a while, please check your spam folder or check your order status from your order history.

About returns, defective products, and cancellations

Products that can be supported are limited to those purchased from our online store.

To return the product, please contact us by email within 7 days after receiving the product, including your order number. We will contact you with the return address and return method.

We cannot accept returns after use. In addition , we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer's convenience or after the product has been shipped.
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is soiled or damaged, please contact us by e-mail with your order number from the "Contact Us" page. In the case of defective products, we will bear the shipping costs for returning or exchanging. Other charges will be borne by the customer.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns for products that have been delivered for more than 7 days, either in the event of an error on our part or in the case of a return due to the customer's own circumstances.
