This year marks our first attempt at offering a limited-time menu for the year-end and New Year's holiday season.

Strawberry agar jelly topped with strained bean paste, apricots, mochi balls, and plenty of brown sugar syrup.

The red and white colors of the Jersey milk ice cream and raspberry sorbet evoke the feeling of the start of the new year.

The pointed candy, inspired by the Year of the Horse in 2026 , evokes the image of a unicorn.

This parfait was created with the hope of creating something truly unique and one-of-a-kind.
