Refund Policy

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations

We can only accommodate products purchased through our online store.

The deadline for returns is within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us by email with your order number via "Inquiries". We will contact you with the return address and return method.

We cannot accept returns after the product has been used. We also cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience or after the product has been shipped.
If the product you receive is damaged or dirty, please contact us by email using your order number from "Contact Us" . In the case of defective products, we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Any other costs will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago, regardless of whether the return was due to a mistake on our part or due to your own convenience.
